That’s a trick question. Google Apps doesn’t have forwarders per say. Rather it calls forwarders to individual email addresses “aliases.” However, for more flexibility, I recommend using “groups” in Google Apps email. If you have administrative priviledges in your Google Apps for Your Domain account, creating a new user is a simple process:
Login to your Google Apps account.
Click on the “Manage this domain” link in the upper right corner of the interface.
